Valentine's Day

Started yesterday with my weekly blood test, followed by an ultrasound this morning. Fun times. Without going into too much detail, I'm still experiencing issues from the delivery, and the doctor suspects there are still pieces of the placenta leftover. The ultrasound was especially upsetting, I was okay until they got to the part where they evaluate the blood vessels which they capture with sound, and it sounds like a baby's heartbeat. It brought me right back there and I couldn't keep the tears from flowing. The poor ultrasound tech was very sweet and just let me be. Seriously, I should've just had the D&C, but how could I have known I would still be dealing with all of this two months later? When can I start to move on?
